Murkez Technologies is seeking a Director – Project Management Operations in Lahore to lead end-to-end delivery for software development and client services. You will oversee onboarding, governance, and performance dashboards, coordinating with HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities.

You will mentor delivery leads, manage capacity planning, and act as the main escalation point with US-based clients and executives. Strong English communication and executive presence are essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years of hands-on Project Management / delivery leadership experience at director/senior levels.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent IT services, BPO or consulting engagements with end-to-end ownership.
• Availability to work 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time to align with US Central Time teams.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery leadership for software development and BPO engagements from onboarding to go-live and steady-state operations.
• Lead onboarding of new client teams and act as senior escalation point between clients and internal teams.
• Design, implement, and improve SOPs, training and delivery standards across engagements.
• Build and run the PMO function with governance cadence, dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting discipline.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions before impact to clients.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource management across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Provide leadership updates and ensure cross-functional accountability (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities).
• Mentor project managers and delivery leads and build bench strength for growth.
• Represent delivery operations with US-based clients and executive leadership.
