Punjab Skills Development Board (PSEB) in Islamabad seeks a Director IT Skills Development to lead standardisation of IT skills and training programs across universities, training institutes and government bodies. You will develop policies and research to support the sector's workforce needs and report to the CSDO.

The role oversees national and international market initiatives, including job-readiness programs, employer partnerships, and tracking placement outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT workforce development, skills training, or digital education implementation.
• Experience with stakeholders such as HEC, universities, government bodies, industry, and recruitment/placement agencies is preferred.
• Experience designing IT training roadmaps or skill frameworks, or international placement/workforce partnerships is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop IT skills frameworks and standards across universities, training institutes and government bodies.
• Work with academia and private sector to introduce industry-driven curricula and global certifications.
• Lead research and labour-market intelligence on skill gaps, and publish insights.
