Job summary

2 Hour Learning is seeking a Director of Program Management to own the execution layer behind AI-driven education initiatives. You will deliver portfolio dashboards, vendor scorecards, and evidence-backed bid packages, ensuring contract controls prevent overspend while enabling fast executive decisions.

You will leverage AI to standardize updates, detect anomalies, compare bids, and validate invoices, driving accountability across a $50M EdTech portfolio.

Qualifications

• Directly owned a portfolio of 10+ initiatives with at least $5M in budget responsibility and vendor selection/priority setting.
• Managed 5+ external technology vendors concurrently (SaaS, AI/ML, etc.).
• Built/maintained portfolio dashboards covering delivery health, budget vs forecast, milestones, risks.

Responsibilities

• Produce AI-powered dashboards, scorecards, procurement packages, and contract controls for executives.
• Lead vendor procurement with structured bid packages and evidence-backed recommendations.
• Govern contracts and invoices by tracking milestones, acceptance criteria, and amendments.
