Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D, instructional design, digital learning or program development.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or regulated environments preferred.
• Formal L&D certifications advantageous.
• Experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and LXPs/LMS.
• Understanding digital learning strategies and adoption programs.
• Experience designing assessments, learning pathways, and capability frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Ability to influence across teams and leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Translate business needs into measurable learning outcomes.
• Self-driven with prioritization and independent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the organization's digital learning strategy.
• Identify capability gaps and learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Create scalable learning programs, pathways, and digital curricula aligned with business priorities.
• Design, curate, and develop engaging digital learning content using modern authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful learning interventions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital learning platforms, learning pathways, assessments, and accreditation mechanisms.
• Leverage innovative learning methodologies, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled tools to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
• Measure learning effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support digital adoption initiatives and broader organizational upskilling efforts.
• Manage multiple learning projects independently while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Learning & Development, technology, and business teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
