Role Description

The Director at Packaging House USA will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic leadership, and ensure organizational goals are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lahore and involves managing cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring key business metrics. The Director will coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction, and will lead initiatives for process optimization and cost control. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and mentoring team members for continuous improvement. The Director will also prepare and review operational reports, participate in budget planning, and support long-term growth and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in operations management, production planning, or supply chain within manufacturing or packaging-related industries.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions.
