Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years in .NET environments to automate, scale, and optimize software delivery pipelines for enterprise applications. You will bridge development and operations, enabling faster delivery cycles, improving reliability, and maintaining quality across teams.

The role covers designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), managing cloud infra (Azure/AWS), and implementing IaC (Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong understanding of .NET deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/TeamCity).
• Hands‑on with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP considered).
• Git version control and branching strategies.
• Experience scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
• Knowledge of SQL Server deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET apps.
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on Azure/AWS.
• Implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
• Monitor production systems for uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers on best practices for delivery, scalability and security.
• Improve release processes and environment automation.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for visibility.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards.
