Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years in .NET environments to automate, scale, and optimize software delivery pipelines for enterprise applications. You will bridge development and operations, enabling faster delivery cycles, improving reliability, and maintaining quality across teams.

The role covers designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), managing cloud infra (Azure/AWS), and implementing IaC (Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in DevOps or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of .NET deployment workflows.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions/TeamCity).
  • Hands‑on with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP considered).
  • Git version control and branching strategies.
  • Experience scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server deployments.

Responsibilities

About the Job:

Translation Empire is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands‑on expertise in .NET development environments. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in automating, scaling, and optimising software delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment for complex enterprise‑level applications.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, enabling faster delivery cycles, improving system reliability, and maintaining high-quality standards across our development teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications.
  • Manage and optimise infrastructure on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure best practices for software delivery, scalability, and security.
  • Improve release processes, environment automation, and build systems.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for system visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards.
