Job summary

Technology Rivers, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own infrastructure, deployment, and security across multiple client engagements. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure with IaC, leverage Docker and Kubernetes, and manage security and incident response with independence.

Your role includes on-call monitoring, vulnerability management, and collaboration with teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps or infrastructure with independent ownership of security.
• Hands-on AWS experience including core deployment services and security tooling (IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty).
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, at least one IaC tool, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Vulnerability scanning and secrets management experience (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault).
• Ability to work independently across concurrent projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure using IaC and container orchestration.
• Own security across all client environments, including IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and patching.
• Own production monitoring, alerting, and incident response, including on-call rotation for uptime, performance, and security events.
• Conduct periodic security audits and drive remediation, maintaining infrastructure and incident runbooks.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up infrastructure work while retaining ownership of production changes.
• Work independently across concurrent projects, surfacing ambiguous requirements or risks early.
