Rizviz in Lahore is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure. You will manage IaC, containers, and pipelines while improving reliability, monitoring, and incident response across development, staging, and production environments.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with engineering teams, and hands-on work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud services to drive efficient deployments.

Formación

• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Environment Management: Configure and maintain development, staging, and production environments.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized applications and support scalable deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices, including IAM policies, secrets management, access controls, and system patching.
• Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end DevOps projects, make technical decisions, improve engineering processes, and mentor junior engineers.
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or equivalent IaC solutions.
• Containerization: Proficiency in Docker, including Dockerfiles, image management, and Docker Compose. Practical Kubernetes experience is preferred, particularly for containerized production environments.
• Version Control: Strong understanding of Git workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Operating Systems & Networking: Strong knowledge of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and production troubleshooting.
