Job summary

JazzWorld in Islamabad is seeking a seasoned Expert- Devices Portfolio & Commercial Operations to drive end-to-end devices strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives. You will oversee portfolio performance, coordinate onboarding of brands, and optimize commercial propositions.

The role reports to the Head of Devices and requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Digital, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, commercial operations, product management, sales operations, consumer business, retail, telecom, FMCG, or a similar fast‑paced industry.
• Experience in managing multiple products, brands, channels, or cross‑functional initiatives will be preferred.
• Strong experience in reporting, performance tracking, data analysis, and management presentations.
• Exposure to inventory management, sales channels, product launches, commercial propositions, or strategic partnerships will be an advantage.
• Expert in marketing campaigns planning and execution
• Experience working in a cross‑functional environment and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the growing Devices portfolio across multiple handset brands, models, and product categories.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new handset brands and manage day-to-day portfolio requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance, product lifecycle, pricing, availability, and overall commercial performance.
• Support the development, implementation, and management of handset pricing, promotional offers, installment plans, and affordability propositions.
• Track the performance of commercial initiatives and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with Finance and other relevant stakeholders on pricing approvals, commercial models, and business cases.
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen the Devices value proposition and support revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Channel teams to support successful handset launches and go-to-market activities.
• Ensure commercial offers, product information, pricing, inventory, and customer propositions are aligned and ready before launch.
• Track the execution and performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting on handset sales, revenue, portfolio performance, inventory, and key commercial initiatives.
• Monitor performance against business targets and highlight key trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management dashboards, presentations, and business performance updates.
