Job summary

The Citizens Foundation seeks a Deputy Manager CPD, Principal to lead the design and implementation of professional learning programmes for school leaders across TCF's network. This role covers self-paced and facilitator-led experiences, including digital learning and technology-enabled development.

You will ensure effective implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement, develop instructional resources, dashboards, and collaborate with departments to align training with school priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership development roles.
• Professional certification in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of professional learning programme for school leaders.
• Identify recurring knowledge, skill, and performance gaps in principals.
• Design and facilitate trainings; create blended learning journeys.
• Develop quality training materials and resources for diverse learners.
• Assess training participants and measure impact; monitor learning outcomes.
• Develop programme dashboards and recommend improvements using data.
• Collaborate with departments on design, execution, evaluation of training programmes.
• Support other relevant projects within TCF as needed.

Job description

Deputy Manager CPD, Principal will lead the design and implementation of professional learning programme for school leaders across TCF's network. The role is responsible for designing learning experiences, including self-paced learning and facilitator-led programme. The incumbent will develop instructional resources, digital learning experiences, and technology-enabled professional development programme while ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research on school leadership competency framework
• Need analysis to identify recurring knowledge, skill, and performance gaps in principals
• Analysis of leadership development gaps and define learning priorities.
• Design and facilitation of trainings
• Design blended learning journeys and facilitate leadership Trainings.
• Design and develop quality training materials and resources to serve varying needs of the target population
• Assessing training participants and impact
• Evaluate and monitor programme learning impact.
• Develop programme dashboards and recommend improvements using data
• Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation and evaluation of training programme.
• Provide support on other relevant projects within TCF as and when the need arises.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Urdu
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Project Management and Team Management skills
• Adept at designing training modules, incorporating design thinking, and conducting in person and online training sessions.
• Ability to explain thoughts and ideas in clear and concise terms
• Experience in design and facilitation of adult learning experiences
• Knowledge of teaching practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred

Professional certification in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or Leadership Development will be an advantage.

Experience

4-5 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with experience in blended learning preferred.
