SAPPHIRE FINISHING MILLS in Punjab, Pakistan seeks a Civil Engineer with MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering to plan, supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation and maintenance projects.

You will prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, cost estimates using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Navisworks is an added plus. Strong leadership and coordination with consultants and contractors are essential to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering required.
• CivilEngineering degree must be in Civil discipline.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, contractors' bills and project documentation using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Navisworks is additional plus.
• Assist in periodic structural audits of factory buildings as per requirements.
• Identify structural defects, cracks, and retrofitting needs and prepare rectification plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure efficient project execution and resource utilization.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and internal departments to resolve technical issues, operational concerns and project-related complaints.
• Ensure effective project planning, cost control, time management and implementation of construction best practices to achieve organizational objectives.
