Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). The Deputy Director (Training & Development) will design, implement, and govern NAFSA’s learning framework to build a competent, inspection-ready, and future-ready regulatory workforce.

The role will institutionalize annual training needs assessments, develop structured learning pathways, and coordinate capacity-building programmes with SAPW, OW, and other wings to embed regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR development/HR management or related field.
• Experience in OD, organizational design, HR policy, or change management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of NAFSA’s learning and development framework.
• Institutionalize annual training needs assessment processes and learning pathways.
• Coordinate technical and managerial capacity-building programmes with SAPW, OW, and other wings.
• Monitor training effectiveness through measurable impact indicators.
• Prepare OD dashboards, reports, and management briefs for senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director HR & Administration.
