Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA) to fill the Deputy Director (Training & Development) role. The incumbent will design and govern NAFSA's Learning & Development framework, establish annual training plans, and drive competency-based pathways to build an inspection-ready regulatory workforce.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Minimum 16 years education) in HRD, Education, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline (HEC-recognized).
• Professional certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of NAFSA's Learning & Development framework and annual Training Plan.
• Design, coordinate, and oversee regulatory and managerial training programmes for staff.
• Develop competency frameworks and role-based learning pathways for inspectors, scientists, and managerial cadres.
• Establish training governance, workflows, documentation standards, and evaluation KPIs.
