Job summary

Telerelation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - Construction to oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure operational excellence across construction and engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management required.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or delivery.
• Experience managing projects, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, operations management, negotiation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of construction and engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engineering professionals.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and improve project delivery processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and delivery targets.
• Prepare progress reports, performance summaries, and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, contractual requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international clients for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement, resource optimization, and growth.
