Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of debt collection, credit control, payment follow-up, and account recovery procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling sensitive customer conversations.
• Ability to review account statements, identify discrepancies, and explain balances clearly.
• Confident negotiation skills for arranging realistic payment plans within approved policies.
• Accurate record keeping, case documentation, follow-up scheduling, and status reporting.
• Professional judgment when handling disputes, complaints, escalations, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through approved communication channels to discuss overdue balances and payment options.
