Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales & Sales Development.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a structured dealer development and training program, including scheduling, tracking, and evaluating training for dealers and staff.
• Equip dealers with product, technical, sales, and market knowledge to enhance engagement and drive growth.
• Conduct internal training for Sales and Marketing teams to promote dealer training initiatives.
• Develop and continuously improve learning materials, tools, and resources aligned with business objectives.
