Infosys consulting team is seeking an experienced professional to join the delivery group in Hyderabad. The role focuses on effective design, development, validation and support activities to ensure high levels of client satisfaction in the technology domain.

You will gather requirements, translate them into system specifications, and contribute to project estimation and solution design. You will drive proposals, demonstrate solutions, and lead small projects as part of digital transformation

Qualificações

• Experience with DB2 LUW / DB2 UDB administration.
• Knowledge of DB2 Backup, Recovery & HADR.
• Knowledge of DB2 Performance Tuning & Query Optimization.
• Linux/Unix Administration (AIX preferred).
• SQL, Shell Scripting & Database Monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.
• You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
• You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.
