Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join the MI OAC team on a one-year contract. You will execute production tasks with expert accuracy, including data coding, data matching, and quality checks, ensuring timely data delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will investigate data issues, propose improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and document processes while maintaining data integrity throughout the production cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to detect patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
• End-to-end quality control capabilities for product features and pricing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Data Coding: Apply complex coding logic across multiple product categories.
• Data Matching: Ensure high accuracy matching across diverse data sources.
• Quality Checks: End-to-end validation of product features and pricing.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate data errors and delivery issues.
• Document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly and consistently.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional initiatives.
