Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Data Operations Analyst for a one-year contractual role in Karachi. You will perform advanced data coding, data matching, and rigorous quality checks while ensuring timely data delivery to stakeholders. The role includes RCA for data issues and mentoring junior teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Expert-level data coding and data matching.
• End-to-end quality checks of product features and pricing.
• Strong stakeholder communication to ensure timely data delivery.
• Lead RCA for data errors and delivery issues.
• Document processes and share findings clearly.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced data coding across product categories.
• Perform data matching across diverse sources.
• Conduct quality checks and validate pricing features.
• Communicate changes and resolve data queries with stakeholders.
• Ensure outputs meet SLAs and timelines.
• Lead RCA and drive issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
