WPP Media is seeking an Associate Business Director, Data & Analytics in Pakistan who will lead data-driven decision making across clients and internal stakeholders. You will shape analytics strategy, oversee measurement frameworks, and drive advanced analytics initiatives to improve media effectiveness and business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to mentor a high-performing analytics team across markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of analytics experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead analytics projects.
• Strong expertise in digital media measurement and marketing analytics.
• Experience mentoring analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data and analytics strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions.
• Design measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Drive performance analysis, reporting, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, and client leadership teams.
• Mentor and grow the Data & Analytics team.
