Motive is seeking a Data Analyst II to partner with Customer Support and product teams to deliver high‑quality reporting and analytics. You will build scalable dashboards, enable data‑driven decisions, and ensure leadership has visibility into critical KPIs.

The role requires strong SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data transformation.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as HEX or Retool and Salesforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Services, and Sales engineering leaders to translate needs into data requirements.
• Drive data consistency to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build scalable, automated reporting solutions and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with data engineering and BI teams on data sources, definitions, and governance.
