Motive is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support and product teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will build scalable dashboards, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure leadership sees key KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics and BI.
• Strong SQL querying and data transformation.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• HEX or Retool for dashboard development.
• Python or R for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Write advanced SQL queries across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Eng to translate needs into data insights.
• Ensure KPIs visibility and data consistency across reporting platforms.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support cross-functional automated reporting initiatives.
• Coordinate with data engineering and BI teams on data sources and governance.
