Motive is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization. You will partner with Customer Support and product teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will build scalable dashboards and ensure leadership visibility into key KPIs.

The role requires strong SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
• Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms for KPI visibility.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to align on data sources and governance.
