AutoLeap Inc. in Pakistan is seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to help customers realize greater value from our SaaS shop management platform.

You will work directly with shop owners and their teams to drive adoption, support onboarding, and ensure successful uses of AutoLeap across billing and operations. The role emphasizes customer-facing interaction, managing multiple accounts, and delivering on promised outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience at a software company (bonus for SaaS familiarity)
• Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer success or support
• Experience working with a large book of business
• Organizational skills that help you stay on top of multiple priorities
• Strong track record of success and progression in previous roles
• Passion for helping others—love seeing customers get more out of the product

Responsibilities

• Work directly with shop owners and their teams to realize greater value out of AutoLeap through deeper adoption
• Manage registrations and adoption of our payments module, including contacting customers & third party vendors via phone and email, updating information and delivery of incentive plans
• Manage the support phone line and assist with customer product and billing questions, ensuring appropriate next actions are taken
• Work on other projects and initiatives of the Customer Success team on an as-needed basis
