We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads by reaching out to businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching our Virtual Assistant (VA) services.The ideal candidate will play a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers, and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on leads to prospective B2B clients in the US & Canada markets.
• Effectively pitch the company’s Virtual Assistant (VA) services to business owners.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of valid Zoom appointments booked. (10 Valid Meetings & 1 Fulltime Signup)
• Quality of leads generated.
• Contribution to closed deals (incentives & commission applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years experience BPO industry (Cold calling).

Salary, Benefits & Incentives

• Additional Bonus of PKR 25,000 on 2nd Signup, 35,000 on 3rd and 50,000K on 4th Sign Up.
