Job summary

Tameer.ai is seeking a Customer Sales Representative in Lahore to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and explain our AI-powered platform to potential customers. You will convert prospects into paying customers while meeting sales targets.

Based near Expo, Johar Town, Lahore, the role runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. You will maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with marketing/product teams, and seek opportunities to upsell services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or real estate sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, and social media.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and marketing campaigns.
• Explain Tameer.ai features and service packages to potential customers.
