Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in listed fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant credit/banking experience.
• Knowledge of credit policies and CIR (Credit Information Report).

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent desk reviews of loan files for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Identify discrepancies in loan applications and ensure timely rectification.
• Participate in Branch Credit Committees and provide recommendations on approvals/rejections.
• Maintain MIS records of loan applications and outcomes.
• Perform pre-approval verifications via visits or calls and verify borrower information.
• Conduct post-disbursement verifications and report findings to management.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and prudential regulations.
