Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Up to 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations with diplomacy.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP and MS Office with data analysis and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with collection agencies or ERP systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support collection activities for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate and monitor external collection agencies to ensure timely collection actions.
• Follow up with collection partners on recovery progress, disputes, and action plans.
• Review overdue accounts and support escalation of high-risk customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, agency updates, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and collection issues.
• Prepare collection performance reports, aging analysis, and recovery updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
