Job summary

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology leader, seeks an Associate Credit Services Representative based in Lahore for a hybrid role. You will support collections across customer accounts, coordinate with external agencies, and help reduce overdue balances to enhance cash recovery.

This is an early-career opportunity within a multinational finance team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin, up to 5 years in related fields, fluent English, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Up to 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or finance operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with collection agencies or ERP systems would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of collection processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support collection activities for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate and monitor external collection agencies to ensure timely collection actions.
• Follow up with collection partners on recovery progress, disputes, and action plans.
• Review overdue accounts and support escalation of high-risk customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, agency updates, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and collection issues.
• Prepare collection performance reports, aging analysis, and recovery updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
