Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in training development and delivery for teachers.
• Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks and classroom challenges.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech‑savvy, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CPD Coaches, ensuring high-quality support for teachers.
• Design and implement teacher support plans to improve content delivery and pedagogy.
• Oversee onboarding and training of CPD Coaches with necessary tools and skills.
• Monitor progress and impact through data collection, reporting, and feedback loops.

• Engage with school leadership and education officials to support implementation.
• Conduct regular assessments and updates to training materials based on feedback.
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the CPD team.
• Ensure timely delivery of project goals within resource constraints.
