Job summary

Mahaana (YC W22) is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist and Financial Educator to drive financial literacy education for corporate clients. You will deliver engaging workshops, design the Mahaana Money School curriculum, and support the CEO's thought leadership while making complex concepts accessible to all audiences.

You will run monthly webinars, build an educational content library, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape content strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of training, teaching, or workshop facilitation experience.
• Deep knowledge of personal finance, investing, and retirement planning.
• Exceptional presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Curriculum design and instructional design expertise.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginners.
• Strong facilitation skills for interactive workshops (not lecture-style).
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and entry-level employees equally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
