Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a Corporate Costing Manager to lead the costing function, overseeing substantial annual costs and driving governance, accuracy and actionable insights. The role partners with Business Units, Factories, Finance, Technical and Supply Chain to optimize costs and strengthen data integrity.

Based at the Head Office in Lahore, you will lead a four-person team, oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with Nestle costing standards

Formación

• Master's degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• 7–10 years of cost management and corporate costing experience.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing costing, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of costing principles, drivers and controls.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• SAP CO modules knowledge and strong English.
• Strategic thinking with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Governance, data integrity, and risk management
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative and transparent with trust and shared outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the corporate costing strategy and set cost management priorities.
• Oversee costing analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely forecasts.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze cost trends, variances and risks for senior management insights.
• Validate cost-saving initiatives and support continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop a four-member costing team.
• Support internal and external audit requirements with substantiated costing information.
