Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

• coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of collection points
• visit collection points regularly to perform financial and quality audits
• ensure compliance of quality indicators and patient satisfaction index
• handle lab test queries, incident reporting and complaints of patients / physicians within stipulated timelines
• handle inventory management of collection points
• manage staff's duties, leaves, overtime and trainings
• ensure compliance of CAP and JCIA standards for quality patient care.

Requirements

You should have:

• a Bachelor's degree / MBA or any equivalent qualification
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience at any section of clinical laboratories of AKUH or 6 to 8 years of relevant experience at a laboratory setting
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of various tests undertaken by the Clinical Laboratory
• Good knowledge of computer software packages
