Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of collection points.
• Visit collection points regularly to perform financial and quality audits.
• Ensure compliance of quality indicators and patient satisfaction index.
• Handle lab test queries, incident reporting and complaints within timelines.
• Manage inventory of collection points.
• Oversee staff duties, leaves, overtime and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with CAP and JCIA standards for quality patient care.
