• Assist in identifying and mapping potential customers and growth opportunities.
• Prepare customer information, opportunity notes, and market inputs.

• Maintain reports, trackers and dashboards related to opportunities and updates.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams for timely follow-up on service matters.
