Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to administer the CLM system and manage contract lifecycle activities from intake to archiving. You will coordinate routing, approvals, and e-signatures, ensuring compliance with company policies and centralized repository standards.

In this role you will support governance with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT, maintaining version control, reporting, and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• 2–5 years experience in contract administration or procurement operations.
• Experience with CLM platforms and document management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary administrator for the CLM platform and related workflow tools.
• Manages intake and triage of incoming contract requests and ensures submissions have supporting documents.
• Coordinates contract routing and approval workflows per authority & policies.
• Monitors contract status and follows up to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinates electronic signature execution via DocuSign and obtains required approvals.
• Maintains centralized contract repository with proper indexing and archiving.
• Keeps naming conventions, metadata, and version control accurate.
• Tracks milestones: expirations, renewals, terminations, notice periods.
• Generates reporting on contract volume, cycle times, renewals, expirations, metrics.
• Supports audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Assists in maintaining templates, documentation, and clause libraries.
• Suggests improvements to CLM workflows, automation, and governance.
• Guides stakeholders on submission procedures and system usage.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT for strong governance.
