S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to assist with CPQ data entry, global order management, and escalation handling. You will support Sales across regions, maintain accurate contract records, and help ensure timely order processing and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Accurate data entry within CPQ systems or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills to track case statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals.
• Track the status of cases to ensure smooth processing from creation through invoicing.
• Monitor escalations and gather responses for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, and status.
• Provide contract management support to the sales organization and report statuses.
