ShieldPro Protection is seeking an experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Gujrat, India. You will manage budgets, timelines, and quality while ensuring safety regulations and building codes compliance.

Responsibilities include planning projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, obtaining permits, monitoring progress, reporting budget deviations, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in contract-based role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in Gujrat or India.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing budgets for construction projects.
