NIQ Brandbank is hiring a Customer Success Executive on a contractual year-long basis in Sindh, Pakistan. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving value, and ensuring satisfaction across Brandbank and Etilize solutions.

You will engage with Tier 2 customers, provide training, support, and identify opportunities to grow account value, while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain high service levels and achieve KPIs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Some experience in customer facing roles is essential.
• Customer-driven attitude; ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and achieve business goals.

Mansioni

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals.
• Proactively address issues, provide training and support, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Track adoption and usage, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Sales Enablement, and PTO to ensure seamless customer experience.
