Job summary

NIQ Brandbank in Pakistan is hiring a Customer Service Executive to act as first-line support for supplier clients. This role operates in a hybrid working model with core duties across email, phone and chat channels.

You will develop deep knowledge of NIQ Brandbank services, assist clients within SLAs, coordinate product deliveries, and work with the Account Manager team to ensure a high level of service across portfolios. A bachelor's degree and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a Business-to-Business customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via telephone, email, or online channels within SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of NIQ Brandbank services and assist with value-added offerings.
• Schedule product deliveries, handle operational queries, and support the operations team.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and others to ensure first-class service.
• Provide regular reporting according to customer and business needs.
