You will analyze customer behavior, track market trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to turn insights into action, shaping product assortments and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.
• Interest in fashion retail, consumer psychology, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer buying patterns, preferences, demographics, and shopping habits to identify key factors influencing purchase decisions, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction levels, and feedback to identify pain points across stores and online channels.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis focusing on product assortments, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement tactics.
• Analyze sales reports, product performance metrics, and customer purchase trends to support merchandising and retail strategies.
• Assist in designing customer surveys and market research questionnaires; conduct interviews and store visits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly consumer insights reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI; translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams to support initiatives.
