Job summary

ASTRAL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is seeking a Construction Supervisor for South Punjab. The role requires 3–5 years of building project experience, a DAE in Civil, and AutoCAD skills. You will lead subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards, monitor budgets, and coordinate resources to meet project milestones.

The position is a regular, full-time on-site role within the Construction department, requiring mid-level career experience and a proactive approach to project management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building projects experience.
• DAE in Civil orAutoCAD skills preferred.
• Education: Intermediate level as stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
• Implements codes and standards as per project specifications.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
