Job summary

Avanceon is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities for complex projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10–15+ years in EPC/oil & gas or related sectors, with strong leadership, QA/QC, and HSE knowledge. A PMP/PRINCE2/NEBOSH certification is advantageous and a site-focused, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering.
• 10–15+ years of construction experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities with EPC contractors and clients.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, ASTM standards.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute construction activities in line with project schedule and drawings.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and structural disciplines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with method statements and ITPs.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors; monitor progress and costs.
• Lead client/stakeholder coordination and progress reporting.
• Support commissioning, handover, and documentation.
