Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling Engineer to coordinate fuel retail projects in Lahore. You will build schedules from concept through commissioning, track milestones and variances, and liaise with civil, mechanical, electrical teams and vendors.

The role requires 3–6 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong Excel, and awareness of HSE/fuel regulations. PMP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years planning/scheduling experience (fuel retail, oil & gas or construction preferred).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of HSE and fuel-handling regulations.
• PMP or planning certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules from concept to commissioning.
• Track progress, milestones, and variances; produce reports and S-curves.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and civil/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
• Identify schedule risks and delays; prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
• Collaborate for procurement of long lead items.
• Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory approvals from stakeholders.
• Manage 360 communication between field team and departmental functions.
• Builds management reports on project status, KPIs, and resource use.

Job Overview:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel retail projects (new stations, upgrades, maintenance) to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
