Job summary

Fenzo, a Fenzo initiative under Educative, seeks a Community Manager to grow its presence across student, educator, professional, and self‑learner audiences. You will identify communities, participate authentically, and craft content that resonates across LinkedIn, X, Discord, and Reddit.

You'll build Fenzo's own spaces, engage with moderators and advocates, and report insights to Marketing and Product to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Genuine familiarity with online communities relevant to Fenzo's audience.
• Active presence on Reddit, Discord, X, or LinkedIn with a track record of engagement.
• Strong written communication with authentic voice, not overly corporate.
• Willingness to wear many hats: writing, moderating, outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map where Fenzo's audiences spend time online across student, educator, professional, and self‑learner spaces.
• Build genuine presence in communities before promoting Fenzo's messages.
• Continuously scout new platforms and communities as audience behavior shifts.
• Actively participate in relevant communities, answer questions, share resources, and spark authentic dialogue.
• Create and nurture Fenzo's own community spaces (Discord, subreddit, etc.) as a home base for engaged users.
• Write and publish content for LinkedIn, X, and Reddit tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to turn updates into resonant content.
• Conduct outreach to students, teachers, and potential advocates to build relationships.
• Identify creators, educators, or advocates who can authentically speak to Fenzo's value.
