Qualifications

• Genuine familiarity with online communities relevant to Fenzo's audience.
• Active, genuine presence on platforms like Reddit, Discord, X, or LinkedIn, ideally with a track record of engagement.
• Strong written communication skills — comfortable writing content and initiating outreach in a way that feels authentic rather than corporate.
• Comfortable wearing many hats — someone who can go from writing a LinkedIn post, to moderating a Discord, to reaching out to a potential partner, all in the same day.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map where Fenzo's audiences spend time online.
• Build genuine presence in spaces before pushing Fenzo message.
• Continuously scout new platforms and communities as audience behavior shifts.
• Actively participate in relevant communities, answering questions, sharing useful resources, and sparking genuine dialogue.
• Build relationships with community moderators, active members, and potential advocates.
• Create and nurture Fenzo's own community spaces (Discord, subreddit, or similar).
• Write and publish content for LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Help shape Fenzo's voice across written social content.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to turn Fenzo's product updates into content that resonates.
• Conduct outreach to students, teachers, and other potential users or advocates.
• Identify and connect with potential creators, educators, or community voices.
• Help manage outreach relationships end‑to‑end.
• Listen to what users are saying and report feedback to Marketing/Product.
