Educative in Lahore is seeking a Product Manager to own a piece of the Fenzo AI learning platform. You’ll work closely with Educative’s co-founders on a small, fast-moving team and own features from concept to user impact.

This IC role is not quiet: you’ll ship real things quickly, backed by data, and see decisions reach users within days. If you build for impact and stay ahead of priorities, this is your room.

• Define the metrics that actually matter, track them rigorously, and tell leadership the truth about what’s working and what isn’t.
• Drive the roadmap for your product area, staying ahead of the competitive landscape and spotting the opportunity before someone else does.
• Partner tightly with engineering, design, and go-to-market to clear blockers and get real things shipped.
• Dig into root causes, build the business case, run the test, and make the prioritization call.
• Operate with real autonomy, set your agenda and move the org forward without waiting for one.

We have spent a decade helping developers build the skills that matter most through hands-on, practical learning. Now we're building something entirely new. Fenzo is a first-of-its-kind AI learning platform, and the foundation for a growing portfolio of products built on top of it, from Courses and Books to Test Prep, and Flashcards, each generated and personalized in under a minute. We're looking for the person who helps decide what it becomes next.

You’ll work directly with Educative’s co-founders on a small, fast-moving team. This is an IC role, but not a quiet one: you’ll own a real piece of the product, make calls backed by data, and see your decisions reach users within days, not quarters. If you build for impact and you’re already three steps ahead of being told what to do, this is your room.

About You

• A track record of real impact, whether that’s a feature you shipped solo, a project that moved a real metric, or a product you scaled at a larger company. We care about what you drove, not how many years it took.
• A hunger to own outcomes and move fast, you build the playbook rather than wait for one.
• Ability to cut through complexity, keeping ambitious projects on track, and making clear decisions when priorities compete.
• Experience owning the product vision, shaping go-to-market strategy, and leading design conversations. Ability to build design prototypes is required.
• Technical fluency, you don’t need to write the code, but you can debate tradeoffs and timelines with engineers as an equal.
• A habit of using data to pressure-test assumptions and measure outcomes, not just report them.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools is required.
