Job description

About Edversity

Edversity is a future-tech education platform focused on helping students and professionals build practical, job-ready skills in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, and emerging technologies.

We work with learners, universities, communities, companies, and ecosystem partners to create programs that combine expert-led learning, mentorship, real-world projects, and career exposure.

As Edversity continues to expand, we are looking for a Growth Manager who can strengthen our partnerships, improve our visibility, build institutional relationships, and create scalable growth opportunities across universities, organizations, communities, and industry networks.

Role Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for building and managing Edversity’s external growth channels.

This includes partnerships with universities, student societies, organizations, companies, communities, incubators, accelerators, government bodies, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.

The role requires someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, structure collaborations, coordinate programs, and track outcomes in a professional and organized way.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It sits at the intersection of partnerships, business development, community building, brand visibility, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
  • Identify and build relationships with universities, colleges, companies, startup communities, incubators, accelerators, NGOs, student societies, and ecosystem organizations.
  • Develop collaboration opportunities such as workshops, bootcamps, scholarships, hackathons, community programs, sponsored initiatives, training programs, and student engagement activities.
  • Prepare outreach messages, partnership proposals, collaboration briefs, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.
  • Maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear stages, next steps, ownership, and follow-up status.
  • Convert relevant conversations into active collaborations that support Edversity’s growth, visibility, credibility, or student acquisition.
2. University & Campus Growth
  • Expand Edversity’s presence across universities, colleges, student societies, and campus communities.
  • Build relationships with university management, faculty members, career offices, innovation centers, and student leaders.
  • Coordinate campus-based activities such as tech talks, orientation sessions, workshops, demo sessions, career events, and student community programs.
  • Help identify campus representatives, society leads, and student ambassadors who can support Edversity’s presence inside universities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure leads and student interest generated through campus activities are properly captured and followed up.
3. Organizational & Industry Partnerships
  • Build relationships with companies, startups, tech communities, hiring partners, professional networks, and industry experts.
  • Create opportunities for guest sessions, mentorship, internships, hiring support, project exposure, corporate training, and industry-led programs.
  • Support partnerships that strengthen Edversity’s credibility in AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, and other future-tech areas.
  • Identify opportunities for sponsorships, institutional collaborations, scholarship programs, and long-term partner programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and ensure consistent communication.
4. Partner-Led Programs & Events
  • Plan and coordinate partner-led programs such as workshops, bootcamps, demo days, hackathons, university sessions, career talks, and community events.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, trainers, operations, and leadership teams to execute programs smoothly.
  • Ensure each activity has a clear audience, purpose, communication plan, registration process, lead capture method, and follow-up flow.
  • Prepare post-activity summaries covering attendance, engagement, leads generated, partner feedback, and future opportunities.
  • Improve the quality and repeatability of partnership-led programs over time.
5. Brand Visibility & Ecosystem Presence
  • Identify events, conferences, communities, media platforms, podcasts, panels, and networking spaces where Edversity should be present.
  • Support Edversity’s presence in education, technology, entrepreneurship, youth development, and startup ecosystem spaces.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to convert partnerships, events, achievements, and student success stories into strong public-facing content.
  • Help position Edversity as a leading future-tech education platform with strong industry and institutional credibility.
  • Represent Edversity professionally in meetings, events, networking sessions, and external engagements.
6. Growth Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain clear records of partnership conversations, outreach activity, meetings, proposals, collaborations, programs, and follow-ups.
  • Track the performance of growth activities across universities, communities, organizations, and partner-led channels.
  • Monitor the quality of leads, event participation, partner engagement, collaboration outcomes, and enrollment contribution.
  • Share regular updates with the leadership team on progress, opportunities, blockers, and next steps.
  • Use data and feedback to improve partnership strategy, program execution, and growth channels.
Areas of Ownership

The Growth Manager will own and improve the following areas:

  • Ability to build and manage external partnerships
  • Good understanding of universities, student communities, startups, or the tech ecosystem
  • Strong coordination and execution ability
  • Basic proposal writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and activities at once
  • Comfort with Google Sheets, Google Docs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, CRM tools, Notion, or similar platforms

  • Is comfortable speaking to both senior stakeholders and student audiences
  • Can create opportunities instead of waiting for them
  • Is organized with follow-ups, tracking, and documentation
  • Can convert conversations into real collaborations and programs
  • Understands growth beyond just social media or paid ads
