Job summary

Walker Vintage Brew is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage regional field distribution, direct retail accounts and route logistics for our premium beverage line in the local market. This role focuses on execution, account growth and reliable delivery within the district.

You will drive field sales, outreach and cash-handling reconciliations, coordinating transport and delivery personnel while building strong relationships with local buyers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Local residency within the district is prioritized due to route familiarity.
• Proven experience in FMCG field sales, logistics or territory management.
• Ability to work autonomously with reliability and cash handling discipline.
• No formal degree required; proven local market experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage local supply routes, product deliveries, and client accounts across Matta, Mingora and surrounding areas.
• Handle field sales execution, direct customer outreach, and cash-on-delivery reconciliations.
• Coordinate local transport logistics and oversee field delivery personnel.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with local buyers and distribution points.
